Product Restocking: Vendors may restock eligible returned products unless they are damaged or defective beyond repair.
- Return Process
Customer Initiation: Customers must contact NEBOMMA Customer Support within 7 days of receiving their item, providing a description of the issue and relevant proof (e.g., photos or videos).
Vendor Notification: Upon receiving a return request, NEBOMMA will notify the vendor, who must acknowledge and prepare for the return.
Return Authorization: NEBOMMA will issue a Return Authorization if the item qualifies, and the vendor will be informed accordingly. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping and Costs
Return Shipping: If the return is due to vendor error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), vendor will cover return shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Unboxing Video: Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video, especially for fragile items, to provide proof of the item’s condition upon receipt.
7-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Requests beyond this period will not be eligible for a return.
